With the deadline for the Visa Check / MasterMoney antitrust settlement drawing near we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for partnering with Spectrum Settlement Recovery over the past year. In order to allow our Client Services team a reasonable amount of time to process the claims we have already received we will not be accepting any additional online contracts beginning on Thursday December 22, 2005.

If you would still like to file a claim under the Settlement please visit the official settlement site. The current deadline is December 28, 2005 unless your claim form specifically indicates a later date.
